We have successfully transformed a former bank into a modern mixed-use development, featuring six high-specification apartments and two commercial units on the ground floor.
The project involved an extensive conversion, a large extension and a full façade upgrade to revitalise the dilapidated structure and was delivered despite the challenges of working on an extremely tight site.
The development brought significant visual and functional improvements to Four Banks, the main crossroads in Chorlton.
