DJL Construction is delivering a 30k sq ft Northern Removals Hub on the Merseyside-Lancashire border, on track for completion in summer 2026.
Built on the edge of Simonswood Industrial Estate on behalf of Linden Hill Capital and John Mason International, the purpose-built facility will become John Mason International’s new North West headquarters, supporting its 60-strong team and providing a regional trading base for partner removals companies.
The high-specification hub includes two dock levellers, multiple roller shutter doors, dedicated packing and consolidation zones, and shared office space.
The project demonstrates DJL’s growing capability in the industrial sector, delivering functional, future-ready space in a strategic location close to the wider UK network and the Port of Liverpool.
